In 2021, for the first time in the history of the Baltic States, the IFBB Pro qualifier tournament took place in Lithuania. In 2024, the first NPC Worldwide tournament, NPC Royal Combat, took place in Latvia, and in 2025, the NPC Estonia Grand Prix in Estonia. NPC Worldwide and IFBB Pro League tournaments are the only way to IFBB Pro status and the only way to the Mr. Olympia tournament.
In 2022, NPC Lithuania was fully integrated into the NPC Worldwide/IFBB Pro platform Muscleware.com.
NPC Worldwide promoters in the Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia are former President of the Lithuanian Bodybuilding Federation and athlete Karolis Žilinskas from Lithuania and Maria Ibarra from the United States. Maria is a long-time manager of the prestigious Mr. Olympia tournament in Las Vegas and is currently the organizer of the largest Mexican tournament, the Mexico Grand Prix.
